The idea (︎︎︎) The visuals seek to challenge people's perception towards vegan meat, particularly in a country like Colombia that has a strong farming tradition. While it may be difficult to change the cultural imaginary associated with meat, the project aims to break the misconception that vegan meat is tasteless by showcasing it in a variety of dishes. Rather than competing with traditional meat-based dishes in local cuisine, the solution lies in introducing different possibilities and expanding the spectrum of day-to-day recipes. By presenting vegan meat as an exciting and flavorful alternative, it serves as a starting point for reimagining the role of vegan meat in Colombian cuisine and providing a solution that appeals to a wider audience.
