Studio/Personal Project

“What’s for breakfast?” recreates the meals we eat to start ourdays as a visual composition. Each photograph breaks down a recipe (such as blueberry pancakes or arepasde choclo -rustic corn cakes-) and peels back the layers of ingredients as a representation of synergy. We useour Instagram account “@espacio_crudo” as a sort of indirect - yet interactive - cookbook. Followers must tapthe picture in order to reveal the name of the ingredients. “What’s for breakfast?” honors both the recipe andthe ingredients by emphasizing their importance in the same vein as the final dish.
