The idea (︎︎︎) Using fashion as a driver, these visuals aim to not only promote sustainability but also raise awareness about a country's food sovereignty. They shed light on the irony of being an agricultural nation that heavily relies on imported produce for its population, highlighting the consequences of this reliance, including plastic abuse and food waste.

While the settings maintain a pristine appearance, the intentional use of muted colors serves to downplay the vibrant visual qualities typically associated with fruits and vegetables. This merging with the scenography aims to emphasize the importance of supporting local produce and encourages viewers to consider the true flavors and benefits that can be derived from homegrown sources.

What is behind the concept
We explore different visual compositions created by incorporating the vibrancy of local produce into the photography settings for the launch of this Breathe Eyewear collection. The aim is to showcase the richness of the tropics and the connection between the brand and the local community.

The vibrant colors and unique shapes of the produce were used to create eye-catching compositions, emphasizing the beauty and diversity of the tropics. Aligned to the the idea of seeing the world through a new lens, much like a pair of glasses.

The use of local products promote sustainability and ethical practices, important values for the brand, since this collection incorpores recicled materials made from leftover bottles and plastics, being the food industry also one of the biggest producers of waste in the world.
